Street Evangelism
Currently here at Christ Bible Church we have four men that regularly go out preaching the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ on the streets. We also have a number of others who go out in support by praying, handing out tracts, and talking to individuals one-on-one. Our pastor, Joseph Jacowitz not only supports the ministry but has himself preached on the streets.
Public preaching is one of the most effective ways to get the Gospel to the most people, in the shortest time, at the least expense. Also public preaching is the number one method of outreach used throughout the Bible—Old and New Testaments.
One distinctive of ours is to share the truth with authority and boldness, yet with compassion and humility. We aim to share the whole counsel of God and to be faithful ambassadors to Him who has called us into this ministry of reconciliation.
