Introduction
1. Because his family history is different, v. 3.
2. Because he is greater, vs. 4.
3. Because Aaron's descent from Abraham is inferior to Melchizedek, vss. 5-6.
4. Because Melchizedek blessed Abraham, not the reverse, vs. 7.
5. Because the Levitical priests die, but the Melchizedek priest lives forever, vs. 8.
6. Because Levi paid tithes to Melchizedek symbolically through Abraham, vss. 9-10.
